It was Morcambe about '82 I would think Dennis was in the Bootle "Catch 22" before the Avengers we had all little clubs going on then Going well back to 80/81 some members were Jonah, Spike, Netty, Amo, & me to name a few Can we have a roll call on the "Cavaliers" which ive noticed that theres a few out of them behind you on the pic which were more the south end of Liverpool we were based at the famous " Gay Cavalier" in Garston Jonah has got a scooter again, I saw amo the other day, Netty Nox dunno where she is. I still see spike, Nobby & see ste kelly all the time (smokestack lightening) you left him off the list.

Well spotted ricey there (stood out like a basketball player on the rallys).
I suspected even before knowing: that probability would make Avenger 66 really be "Egghead". A lot of people were aboard your smallframe at Newark and despite my teenage outlook at the time I still felt sorry for your little scoot as i saw it towing people on beertrays aroun the showground.
Happy days

12-13 lbs ft torque for your head nuts. tighten 1,3,4,2 order and smear some sealant to seal nicely. If leak persists after tightening your drain plug then a build up of oil here could be down to a leak round the carb manifold gasket or cylinder base gasket or worn o ring on your clutch arm. Gravity is a bugger innit !

I would have thought a vespa dealers would be the obvious first port of call. Assuming none of them can get spares then an old pair of classic car boot rack clamps will do the job.
happy hunting

Some mazz cranks are shimmed at the big end bearing and some cheaper one aren't.just ask the dealer for info
Its safe to assume that px200 innards are more than likely gonna be using piaggio old stock components.

Just get down the motobike shop and ask a split/spring/pressure fit tab washer type thing , they'll know what you need when you explain its purpose. I only speak american and my english scooter talk is a little rusty

IMHO don' get hung on paint codes. Find an automotive paint suppliers and go in and have a look at their "Lechler" paint codes. Lechler do hundreds of different hues in any given colour. You'll get a 99.5% perfect match for what you are looking for .
