Mates got a PK 125 with 2 porblems: Air leak off the head and gear box oil dripping out of the drain plug (i hope)
Can some one tell me the tourque settings for the head and a diagram of where the drain plug and the filler hole for the oil are.
Cheers...Tim

Hi I have never used a tourque wrench to tighten down a head i would say the head is warped, as for the drain plug it under the crankcase infront of the suspension and the filler is virtually level with the suspension.

12-13 lbs ft torque for your head nuts. tighten 1,3,4,2 order and smear some sealant to seal nicely. If leak persists after tightening your drain plug then a build up of oil here could be down to a leak round the carb manifold gasket or cylinder base gasket or worn o ring on your clutch arm. Gravity is a bugger innit !
