Ah good one. Yeah that looks just the ticket seems an easy solution But it's pretty expensive. That's right I'm well tight!!! A plug in an play seems the best option. Would this be superior to the lml ??

Ah that's food for thought. I've seen there is a lml one . Though I'm really not sure about that. Out of the options you guys have said the ducati sounds the best ...

I'm not sure . To me it sounds like your running rich. I know that sometimes you need a bigger atomizer. I didn't but that could help . Sometimes you have have too tweak the mixture screw this may help it is probably the next thing I would do. It's a ball ache when it starts messing you about. I've done it to old bikes and pulled me hair out .

Thanks sime. Yeah I don't give two hoots about my warranty. I wanted the shop to do it but they are always busy . I'd ironed out all the teething problems. And started tinkering at 2500 miles. Life's too short!!! Any advice welcome on possible new cdi or what it needs. cheers guys .

Drill the holes and upjet that sorted mine right out. She was like a different bike. I'm not sure why it helped mine but it did. If it's like mine it may 4 stroke after full throttle a little but I've always thought a bit of that don't hurt. Good luck

Mine did that a bit before I drilled the filter. It would even stall if I didn't pick the revs up!! Your main jet maybe too large . If you haven't drilled the filter do it I'm positive the sip 2 needs it. Does it stall when it hot?

Oh definitely! Im not trying to achieve those figures.me last one had loads done to it .I'm trying to keep this one fairly standard. But I can hear that engine could go a bit more I thought that might be the cdi. I only want to get the engine I got running at its sweetest. I'm happy with the performance I'm getting. Least I'm not wasting me hard earned on a new cdi?

Got me scoot running great but the revs are still limited by the cdi. Yes it is annoying when I hit the imposed red line and all I want is an engine that runs right ( I love an engine that runs to its best). But does this limiter maybe protect me Scootex more by being there or do the benefits out weigh? Any views welcome. Me last vespa could nearly hit 9000revs. Got a feeling 'el diabolo' ain't quite up to that!!!

Tested the plug today but can't upload pics as it says file to large. I'm useless at technology. 104 got hot. plug a bright orange . 106 engine not as hot plug a darker orange. So I think it is 106 I tried 108 but it 4 stroked all over the place and didn't like a low tick over.... Cheers guys if I work out the pic problem I will post to see if more experienced eyes see something else!!

That's good to hear as that's what I was thinking my self. Plug colour was a very light chocolate brown with 104 and darker still brown but definitely darker with 106. Odd jet size could be an option. When I get time I will test the plug and if I'm still in doubt I will post a pic . Thanks guys

Hello everybody. I've got a px 125 with a sip road 2.0. With drilled filter. I found it works best with 106 main jet. 104 kicked arse but got hot. Anyone else found the same? 106 seems a bit large . Plug looks dry enough. Any views welcomed. Thankyou.
