PK50 cc vespa if memory is right has a 43mm stroke and the 90cc has a 51mm stroke, so i would imagine a larger crank and cylinder studs would be needed .

There is a toll bridge in Oxfordshire that i had to use as a parcel delivery driver a while back that charged 5p for all vehicles. One of the drivers used to get receipts every time and claim back on expenses ;D If its on a little bridge with the tiny toll box in the middleof the road , I've been over that tons of times

depends what you want use it for. I put some on my chrome plate at the beginning of winter and it done no better than wd40 , gt 85. But sprayed heavy in to crevices like stand brackets and left to go waxy, its good stuff

Ride a bike with a simple bolt on malossi 166 and then try one thats had the transfer ports and inlet port machined. You want torque and extra ooomph, then this is the route to follow. IMHO of course

Change ,cylinder studs, crank, kit an finally your primary gear drive. You may have to reset your timing and carb settings also.
A lot cheaper and more sense just to do your cbt mate.

Anyone who slates the GTS just can't afford one Anyone who knocks the vespa smallframe is a fat twot with a tiny panis (escapes rude words excellently there) Anyone who knocks the lambretta is a puff with a manicure. Anyone who knocks into people is a pick pocket .

I spent my money in asda on saturday buying ale. If I want parts I buy them from a shop cos they don;t charge £3 to get in the front door. Had a good time in Llandudno though, loved that sun on saturday

no bother lightening on a standard motor.
mount a px motor if you want but it does muck up the handling and right hand bubble needs cutting. both sides of engine mount need trimming and the top shock mount needs relocating

www.scooterhelp.comwww.smallframes.com& the link at the bottom of this box are all good resources. In answer to your question, to properly upgrade you wanna go 130cc conversion which means, cylinder kit, upgear kit, 51 mm stroke gas flowed or full circle crank & carb and manifold topped off with a suitable pipe. If you just plonk a 100/110 kit on then in a monthor two you'll be saying "wish I';d have gone bigger.. You could keep your eye out for a secondhand primmy motor (125) . I will be selling my polini 130 motor soon once i get a chance to clean it up and give it a once over prior to sale Polini 130 (transfers matched) Mazz race crank 4 plate clutch Beedspeed lightened ET3 flywheel with 12 volt conversion stator plate. 25phbl dellorto manifold. Leo Pipe Complete motor , just needs carb.
