Put a 21 tooth clutch in it,put the backrest on today and got fit some crash bars and do a couple of other jobs,runs nice just need to take it steady now for 500 mile then see wot it will do

Sorted it,had to pull the clutch out again and strip it down,wiped the excess oil off the plates,the bottom plate had a slight groove in it so swapped for another and works thank the lord,nice 1 fellas for the advice

Also I've only got 1st gear on the gear change it won't go through the gears when twisting the gear changer?

Just rebuilt the engine on a 1983 PX125 starts no problem, rebuilt the clutch on it and just replaced the cable but when I put it in gear the clutch is not engaging and just stalls?tried adjusting the cable still no joy, is there something I've done wrong with the clutch when refitting it?aint gotta clue? Any pointers when rebuilding a clutch and refitting it,cheers

My engine was the centre piece on the kitchen table Xmas day haha rebuilt it on the table,had a few issues with the clutch and just waiting for some new cables,got crash bars and a backrest go on yet hopefully all done and back on the road march/April

Nice 1 bruv,my new tool come today a betta version,instead of a flat surface it was tapperd towards the head and fitted the nut better,a bit of brute force and I got it off,THANK GOD!!!well here we go to continue the project,nice 1

Hiyya fellas need some advice,had a few issues trying to remove the clutch nut and still not being able to undo it,I brought a castle nut tool and the heads snapped off trying to undo it,I am now waiting for another tool to come so I can have another go at it,any advice or pointers on removing the nut would be appreciated,cheers fellas

Nice 1 bruv,re-tapped the sump plug earlier and now the fun begins tinkering wiv the engine,this will keep me happy over Xmas.

Ok fellas ere we go,I removed the lump out me scooter earlier ready 2 try make it go like a train haha. Had a nitemare with the petrol because I think the fuel tap is knackerd (constant flow of fuel) had drain the tank sharpish and now me and me shed stink of petrol,am I betta off getting a new tap or can you repair it?going renew rear brake cable that was the only issue with dropping the engine it was all frayed and can see me not being able get it back in the nut,new fuel pipe required aswell,need re tap sump plug thread because been over tightend by previous owner (small oil leak),well the good lady will have to get used to Xmas dinner around me engine because its sitting on the kitchen table ready to be played with haha,nice 1 fellas
