Hiyya fellas need some advice,had a few issues trying to remove the clutch nut and still not being able to undo it,I brought a castle nut tool and the heads snapped off trying to undo it,I am now waiting for another tool to come so I can have another go at it,any advice or pointers on removing the nut would be appreciated,cheers fellas

its a bugger n there aint no easy dodge for it really , ive usually got a new nut n made sure the tool fits well ,as the tools are not always any good , apart from that its the usual soak wd40/heat an if nut chews up cold chisel/punch n hammer or on really crackered ones drilling them an splitting the nut , careful of the depth n direction of drilling as you dont want to damage the crank , H

Nice 1 bruv,my new tool come today a betta version,instead of a flat surface it was tapperd towards the head and fitted the nut better,a bit of brute force and I got it off,THANK GOD!!!well here we go to continue the project,nice 1
