Will look quite neat. Have been spending ages trying to get the seam in the rear of my frame straight and pronounced, wouldn’t it be sh*te if we were all the same…. 🤣🤠

78 they didn’t, but what if let’s say an 83 hasn’t been tested for 15+ years? It’s technically gone ‘off the radar’ with no digital testing history, most people wouldn’t know, so would they test a P range with no indicators from the early eighties? 🤔

I like the tunnel rear lights, but it’s bloody expensive if you ask me. For two bits of exhaust pipe anyway… I’ve got off of a mate of mine a Lucas ST51 rear light to put on one of mine, but mines the black double light:- www.dynamoregulatorconversions.com/replica-rear-lamps-shop.phpWanted to go for a different look, although I am being swayed into a ‘bike tank’…

I can’t find one, can someone point me in the right direction? As for thickness, the Lambretta boys need all the help they can get…. 🤪

I’m almost embarrassed to ask… Ok here goes….. 😵💫
Does anyone have a “cough” Lambretta LD Series 3 headlamp, that fits into the horn cover? I’ve had made in fibreglass, the Series 3 LD horn cover, and am about to fit it to a cutdown PX I’m finally building. I’m toying with the idea of fitting a working light there, or filling the hole with some sort of grille type thingy. I’ll have to chop about 2-3 inches off the very top of the horn cover (was made to original specifications, for LD fanciers), if anyone can help me in my descent into madness, that would be great. 😁

Look underneath on the right hand side, there should be one hole about 5mm wide, with a small hole on each side. If you haven’t got any holes there, I would be happy to swap for the one on yours? Turns out I have a couple, with the holes for electric start…

Well roger me slowly with a rolling pin… That may mean I might have a couple for sale soon. I’ve been gathering parts for some time now, and I never did look properly until last night… 🙄🤣

Honest answer is I don’t know. I think there is a dimple for the brake cable, that’s it???

I was stripping some parts ready for sandblasting, when I noticed the small switch hole for the electric start on a bottom headset. Took a look at another one, and at first glance they appear to be the same. As far as I am aware, the handlebars are the same, so is the only differences where the switch screws on? If so, I could use an electric start one on a non electric start model, and either grommet the hole or silicon it up (welding skills aren’t any good… 😕). Does anyone know any better?

Sorry think it’s £130… They do have it somewhere on their website explaining this though, they are extremely transparent when it comes to import and export. Plus if you call them, you get someone who can speak English! 🤓

Adrian may well has done this… I’ve used a rear shock for the front for a set of extended forks to raise the front… Hoping to get them fitted soon to see if my bracket/bit of alloy block works… But I am interested as I like the street racer look. 🤠

I’ve bought from them, and I have to say they were faster than some uk suppliers. Customs and dhl for them seem to work really well. When I order, I make sure my total order is less than £135, including shipping, and you have an option to ask for paper copies of your invoice. I always click yes for these, it sometimes helps on the euro border. I do have fibreglass hugger mudguards, but the brackets weren’t made properly. I had them done about 15 years ago, and found the brackets in October of last year… 🤨
