York, I'm in my uncles scooter club but he's a Lambretta man haha, I don't think I'll be taking it back to them, i think it was about £160 for it I'm not really sure what to do with it now

I can't recall it happening before, I've been told to tighten the clutch and that the gear is loose etc and would need a strip down to diagnose the problem.
The electrics weren't working so we had a new stator kit put onto it, I don't think the garage was use to working on scooters because the lights cut out after it gets too hot and the day I got it back the scooter wouldn't start and kickstart just hit the ground... They said the light switch was dicky and nothing to do with anything else but since I got it back it's been a problem

Changing gears 2nd to 3rd the engine revs high and jumps and then will go into 4th since I've had a stator put on from a garage, also when slowing down at lights and sitting in 1st I have to keep revving so the engine doesn't cut out which is hard when I'm braking because i can't twist the throttle, it's also pulling when I rev so I have to keep my foot on break pedal. Any ideas on how I can fix it? I can sit in neutral in traffic but it's not easy to get into neutral unless I'm moving. I'm new to all this type of stuff and I have just started learning about it all. Thanks for the help
