Hello all I have a PX125. It's been upgraded a little with a Polini 177 kit, Somonini exhaust and SI 24/24 carb. Struggling to get it over 55mph and a bit lumpy on idle and low revs. Can anybody advise the correct jetting. I think the current main is a 108. I have taken the plug out to check colouring and attached a pic to this post. Attachments:

Hello Looking for some advice June this year I bought my 1st vespa. 2007 PX 125 (disc) It already had been modified with a Polini 177 kit and Simonini exhaust and 26/26 dellorto carb
Since having buying it there been a few problems. On a run one day I opened the throttle 3/4 full got to about 55 mph then the engine seized. Pulled the clutch in and came to a stop. A few minutes later all was fine and I went on my way. Not really pushed it since. However I have taken it to a garage to have a look at. Unfortunately needed a new piston and hone.
I have now run it in for 500 miles. Once agin on the road opened the throttle, got to 55 and felt it was going to seize again. Slowed down to prevent this.
I have been told by a friend that it will be a problem with the jetting. Can anybody advise what jetting I should have on this set up.

Hi everyone
I have a Vespa PX 125 (2007). I am looking to change the appearence of the bike and have been advised to consider vinyl wrapping.
Does anybody out there know a company that offers this service. Looking to get the front mudguard and side panels done in a chrome effect. I am DIY nightmare so not looking to undertake this myself. So need a company that i can send the panels too to get done. If anybody has any ideas please let me know. Oh! yeah if you have had this done yourself can you let me know how much it should roughly cost.
Thanks for reading this post and look forward to the replies.
