Good advice - I seem to remember applying that to my car test. I've got the dsa book - I better finish reading it

Thanks for the info - I've been reading a few other bike forums about the test, some passed their test with one lesson, some with no lessons, some with a weeks worth of lessons...hmm. I better get practising!

Men!
I reckon the right one is for redoing her make-up after she's parked up. I have to use Spence's mirrors 'cos mine keep falling off ;D
(the mirrors that is, not my make-up!)

That's what I thought too. They probably will send out to the U.S. - can't see a reason why not. When I've had another look, I'll post again

Hmm. <strokes chin>. See what you mean about the websites (those Vegas are fab btw). I suppose £12 for the year can't hurt.

I took a foreign friend shopping in Liverpool the other day. Hairy records didnt open until 11am(it was 10am), Probe was shut too. Albert Dock is a bombsite at the moment. Resurrection is dead expensive so we headed to Manchester for some vinyl therapy. p.s. When i first moved up here 10 years ago, i went to a Liverpool Scooter Club meeting and nobody spoke to me(well 1 person did but then stopped when the others showed up). Oh no! Mind you, look what happened to the International Garden Festival

Thanks robjack - it could pave the way for me making a million. But maybe not, it'd end up in the lending library's 'reduced to clear' bucket. Yes, I thought the melted records were slightly useless - the hole in the middle would cause the ash to leak out wouldn't it. Maybe nachos or pringles would be better. And the choice of records were appalling! I had a Paul McCartney record once, that ended up a bit like that when I left it out in the sun. Sorry Paul ;D They did have some cool CD-Rs though - made to look like black vinyl records - very cute. Cute price too - about £12 for 5

I'm bored tonight, so excuse my wafflings. Yesterday morning I ventured through the Mersey tunnel to find a cheap carpark in Liverpool (£2.50 ALL DAY). Discovering why it was so cheap, I nearly bought myself a new pair of shoes after a 20 minute walk. Anyhoo, I was pleasantly chuffed to see one of these tucked away (excuse the litter, Liverpool's not perfect yet)... After dodging some Big Issue sellers (sorry, but you get in my way!), I managed to march up to kooky Bold Street. Passing through Ressurection (some nice scoots in the shop display), I didn't buy anything - in fact, a bit disappointed to find Merc and Lambretta brands in there, I didn't bother looking in the laydees section downstairs. £120 for an imitation parka put me off. Don't let me put you off going though - it just doesn't rattle my jewellery. So, I pretended to look interested in 'retro' (god I hate that over-used word) flight bags, I shuffled out up the road to a MUCH better shop - but this is my problem, I still haven't got a clue what it's called - maybe my fellow scouse forum readers can tell me? Armed with my trusty Samsung, I stole some photos - purely for research. Found a little music table selling useless items that made me wonder how long the novelty would wear off if I bought them. (see photos below). Some nice shoes in there too, but a pair of desert boots for £120? After this, I visited Probe Records (yes, real records) followed by a visit to the Fact Picturehouse for a piece of coffee cake and then ceremoniously mopped up my coffee I managed to spill all over the table. Nice. I need to get out more, I was the only one in there without my wireless laptop and black poloneck jumper. Liverpool is cleaning up nicely, I definitely recommend our readers going for a shopping experience. And Liverpool SC is the friendliest club around if you fancy a Thursday night out on your scoot. I hope I haven't bored you too much this evening.

Looks like it's a 'no' then If you go to a local centre that do CBT courses, they should be able to provide advanced training - I think you'll have to just look locally and pick up the phone to ask.

Spence should back me up onthis one....... Army issue goretex is poo! It lulls you into a false sense of security by keeping out any water for a full 10 minutes and then let's it all in at once! Better saving your pennies and going to hein Gerricke for a decent set. And camouflage isn't the safest either unfortunately. I've also got a ladies Alpinestar summer jacket, but disappointingly it doesn't have any reflective strips on - has good shoulder/elbow protection though. Not that I'm recommending this particular jacket to you or anything!
