Hi there I am trying to find out what the best way forward in setting up the jets and filter drilling so I am able to get it done right myself.l have just bought a sip road 2 box and filter and two main jet's a 105/06 will this be all need. Many hands make light work thanks

Welcome to the forum, if you look on YouTube for drilling air filter you will find some good videos, and as far as jetting, what does sip recommend? Sorry can't be more helpful, I only have tuned motors and get the jetting sorted out on a dyno

Okay thanks for the heads up with the air filter l will keep looking for a good set up but Hay l think it going to be trial and error on the jets

Thanks for the link up sounds like the thing l was looking for so I am going to get some right size jets and set it up asap it turned up this morning hope to have it sorted out by the weekend cheers

Just got this back from sip they are saying on a standard set up just go up 2/3 points bigger with the main jet's work's well 👍 going to set up with a 98 and see!! Then I going to drill out the fillet and Go up to a 105/06 and see the difference it makes!!!!! Soulboy74 ✊ keep the faith bruv

Hi there again l have been learning all about the jet stack and how it works !! Now the main jet only come in to use at the end of the rev scale top end ! am I right in my thinking ! Now I have a be5 and a 140 also in play ! Now shouldn't l be looking at them to as they have a big effect on the out come of rich or lean !! Just a thought
