Had a jolly jaunt this morning, starting in frost and mist. It was glorious in the morning sun today once I’d climbed a bit higher though, so stopped quickly to do a few snaps. Have to make the most of it before all the Emmets come down ‘ere and spoil it…..
Oh yes, lots of jolly jaunts this year; I’m not doing any organised rallies any more, so I’ll do lots of exploring and perhaps a week away somewhere, and maybe use this thread to keep the technical threads clear of such malarkey.

Yes, I'm still an Emmet; only been here 15 years. Always been of no fixed abode really, I like to wander. It's good to get some of the winter gear off, but I think you'll struggle to pull-off "regal-charm".

The Cornish don’t have the most welcoming attitude to outsiders; I’d have to agree with that. Strictly speaking I’m a ‘Man of Kent’ (Rianham-born), but nowhere is properly home really, which suits fine. I came to Cornwall when I returned to England after a bit of World-wanderin’.

Thanks sime, looks pretty good for a 17 year old restoration. I agree with you, we see a lot of pics of what is broken, and not enough of em out and about. H. doesn't a shed tan consist of welding "flash" tan? If no pics of a runner how about some of frankenscoot. J.
yep flash tan from welding , over did it last week coz it was muggy n building to a thunderstorm ,didnt think an wore a thin shirt ,too thin , got a good UV dose ,went pink an now peeling , was funny for first hour or so when ya could still make out cartmans face n the words "its all tree-hugging hippy crap" from the t shirt i was wearing tanned onto my belly . i'll spare you the picture ,suffice it to say as i'm peeling the bed looks like ive been eating flaky pastrys all night when i get up , heres a piccy of side panel slimmed down to smallie width ,sames happening on engine side aswell. Little Hall, Levenham, Suffolk – very nice. - did you donate the paint? I notice that sun seems to follow you and the scoot round. I've been stuck indoors this week, bogged down getting Windows 10 up and running on two long-overdue purchases of new work computers; expensive and boring, but has to be done. Still doing the early starts, but slouched over a keyboard, not out chasing bats and badgers, or doing the sheep-slalom.
I'll be getting mine out on the weekend – a good sort-out before MOT next week...................
