If your Mrs read that Mark you'd end up in a crumpled heap on the floor! Your not wrong Devo it would be like world war three in knickers I hope that if WW3 does break out, only one side will be wearing knickers, Mark - unless you know something we don't.

Nice one Zeppelin. Saw them at Brixton academy last year and was well impressed. Going to see them again in March at the Brighton Dome. Not very 'Moddy' admitted but have a good dark /retro sound. Right down my street! They were on in Bielefeld, just down the road from here, in November, but I wasn't able to get there due to a previous commitment. Sounds like I missed something a bit good.

BFBS 1 are playing Paolo Nutini's 'Ten Out Of Ten' at least twice a day, and I have to say that I'm not getting fed up with it at all. Makes a change from that boring Lily Allen. Still that's the difference between ska and s***e, I suppose. Spence's old mate Dave Symonds is broadcasting a top show daily from Camp Bastion, Afghanistan, by the way.

Gimme Some Lovin' by The Spencer Davis Group in an Activia advert starring the delectable Martine McCutcheon. Come Up and See Me (Make Me Smile) by c**kney Rebel in a furniture advert. Nowhere To Run To by Martha and The Vandellas in Flog It (probably a repeat) the other day. And finally.........The Animals are on at The Bahnhof, Bad Salzuflen, Germany this Sunday. I'm just wondering if it's worth €24 for what appears to be a completely re-worked line up. Happy New Year everybody!

Just to thank Spence for taking me to The Cavern to see The Small Fakers again! Doh - I missed them again - I'd love to see them! I think I was in the middle of a really nasty chest infection - not great for the Cavern! Never mind Lu, we'll get you there one day. Hope your chest is OK.

Spence, Slap my wrist for this senior moment, but that crackin' 'Chicken' song which I can't remember the name of, by that young band, whose name I can't remember either, was on Waterloo Road on Wednesday night.

Bloody Hell, it's gone quiet again. Just to thank Spence for taking me to The Cavern to see The Small Fakers again! They were brilliant as ever, and Simmo reckons Steve Marriott has been reincarnated. The Universal were great as the support band, and Terry Shaughnessy tells me they've got an album out shortly. I might just keep an eye out for that one, although it may be a bit difficult to get it here in Germany.

I was just coming out of our local supermarket the other day when I saw a poster for The Spencer Davis Group, appearing in the function suite at our local station - Yes, station! That was the good news. The bad news? They're on on 1st November and I'll be at the airport picking Pam up.

I would do the download on MP3 thing on the MP3 player that Pam bought me for my birthday in June, but it's still in the box because I don't know how to use it!

Hello everybody, it's the Zepp back again!
My problem is that Mrs Zepp has discovered some pesky 'Facebook' style site based on a farm (No, really!) and I can't get near the computer anymore.
We had a visit from Spence recently, and I am pleased to say he is in rude health. We had a good night on the patio post-BBQ with more than a few beers and some good sounds. Fortunately, the neighbours were away.
Has anybody seen the new Sugababes video? Phew!

Zepplin, il give you Mary Anne and Broken Stones but ive listed DAVID WATTS AS BY THE KINKS, so do i get half a point?? Afraid not, mate. If you go back to the beginning where Spence sets out the rules, it explains that that you can have different songs with the same title, but not different versions of the same song. Chain Reaction - Diana Ross.
