can i get 65-70 on a standard et4 125?

hi there, just bought a an et4 thats stood for about 10 months, paid 500 for it on a 51 plate, took her out yesterday and managed 58mph... can i or will it break the 60 mark preferably 65-70 while standard. can anyone advise of carb mixture setting..
i have access to a four gas analyser at work.
