ET4 150 Wont run. Please help me

I own an ET4 150.
Its only done 1000kms.

Just tonite i was riding when i ran out of fuel and it stopped. I filled it up and now it wont run. It will start but die. I tried giving it full throttle whilst starting. Left it for 30mins and tried again. all the same.

I have heard of running the tank empty pulling all the crap that has accumulated in it through the carb etc causing blockages. But I'm far from good when it comes to engines.

Does it have a fuel pump? Turn off petrol tap (if tis got one) remove fuel line from the carb and trun fuel on again to check flow. Check any inline filters and carb banjo filter ( if they have them ).

sounds like could be air in the fuel line (or pump) or crud as mentioned earlier, but in all honesty T & G's are a complete mystery to me . good luck - its gotta be something real simple.
