Hey guys, i recently started doing an engine rebuild on a 67 vbb that sat for a few hard decades in the mud and the rain, and i wanted to ask, first of all is there a service/workshop manual that i can get? Pdf? And also what or where can i see the minimum size for the clutch friction plates? Before i order new ones? What are the specifications? Thanks..

Try vespa help website. Also there is a haynes manual which are helpful www.ebay.co.uk/itm/186465416628Regarding a clutch rebuild, just bite the bullet, get plates metal and corks, springs and thrust washer or alternatively you can by a full unit, same as early px (22cog i think) Dont forget new tab washer, castle nut # and thrust plate, plunger, woodruff key # you can buy a flanged nut to replace the castle nut. If you choose the tab washer and castle nut do NOT buy cheap as they are soft. Buy SIP
