Seeking owner of burnt out White Vespa in Wirral

Hello,
I recently bought a damaged burnt Vespa in white I wont go into it that much as I prefer the original owner to verify the actual details first. Basically this scooter was taken to a council tip on the wirral to be scrapped or whatever. it had been involved in a fire, looks like in a house or garage. it hasnt been stolen and set on fire as I have checked with the Police. No records.
If you know of anyone who may have owned this scooter I would be grateful if you could contact them for me as I need to ask a few questions about it. Please use the Private message. I cant see that many owners on the Wirral/Cheshire whos scooter has been on fire and have taken it to the tip so hopefully I may get lucky and find him/her.

I sold a white Vespa in Birkenhead a cpuople of years ago but think they sold it on.
