Hi there, I have a 2000 Vespa px 125 with a 150cc top end and a sterling exhaust. I had a dellorto PHBH 28 on for a while but seemed too big so decided to put a PHBH 26 on instead. it runs and rides but doesn't seem to run as sweet as the 28 did. Any idea on what jets I require for either the 26 or 28? Many thanks Any advice much appreciated. Jack

Personal I would go for a 24 si from a p200 with standard jetting and work from there

Had a 24 on the wife's 180 with sterling exhaust, just went up 1 or 2 with the main and between us we did some serious miles 1 and 2 up

Two things wrong in my opinion. 20mil carb is plenty for a low state of tune 150cc and a Stirling exhaust is a terrible match for the port timings of the cylinder. They are for high revving kits and even then they're not a very good exhaust.
You'll be much better off with a box exhaust which doesn't require high revs to make power.

Stock 150 cant make the rev fir sterling pipe and big carb Some great box exhausts on the market, but i would suggest the SIPR2 and maybe consider a kit depending on what you want to achieve or some mild porting of the original cylinder
