Hello everyone
Following my son's encouragement, I have dug out an old, basket case of a VNB125 ((used to be blue) I have had since 1988. It's in a parlous state - covered in etch primer, bog and surface rust (unfinished project from around 2000)
We are assembling the front end and I have been greasing everything. I noticed the front axle was a bit grabby / resistant - as if too tight.
I am trying to find a list of torque settings to ensure everything is correct before putting together. (paint can/may come later).
Also, are the lower steering head bearings loose (ie not packed in a race?)
Finally, is there a digital copy of a manual I can download? I have some pages from a Haynes manual and am missing sections.
Thanks for any help
Regards
