Fitted this morning.... completely transformed the ride. Used to be quite "sloppy" but everything's firmed up now. Feels like I'm sitting higher up too. Doesn't squat under my weight at standstill and doesn't dive nearly as much on braking. Yet to see what it's like with the missus on board....   

Set to max preload - don't think I'll back it off to less
