PX 2011+ resistor plug only

Just a heads up on the CDI unit on the euro 2)3 must use a resistor plug only or you can burn out them rotten Chinese New CDI unit witch are expensive to boot. Took me two CDI unit and hours of head scratching working out WHY it's only running well on the old plug !! Hello soul boy you have set me off now. I have a 2008 Px 125 and have a l82c plug in it I take it this is the right plug. This is non resistor do I need a resistor plug the plug cap is the old prong push on type original thanks for your help cheers alan.

Hello again I've just ordered a rl82c spark plug which in the haynes mannual says is the right one. my old plug is a l82c non resistor so I hope it might run a bit better and protect the cdi cheers to everyone alan.

Hi again it's all about the Chinese CDI unit found on the latest version PX l believe that it will only work properly with resistor type plugs l have burnt out a couple in July last year and again before Xmas using the L82C none resistor type it will run on them but no way as smooth ! The Haynes manual are saying about the Euro type 2/3 needs the resistor plug All the others were L82C none resistor type but Hay if it's better for yours why not !!! Been doing the Speedo and New headset today as it's been playing up scine l got it fixed now but Hay what a fiddle around and that Speedo rubber seal no way was my new headset fit the Speedo with the seal in place so I have got rid and sealed it with tape 👍 jobs a goodun we live and learn best foot forward soulboy74 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
