Hi , I took the carb off my PX200 for a clean and to renew the gaskets. Put it all back together and the scooter started no problem. Then on the floor I saw a small rubber ring ( like a model car tyre ) I see in the Haynes manual it shows a rubber buffer ( No. 39 ) in the carb. But for the life of me I cannot see where it goes .
Help
Mo..............

If you are sure its not the small black rubber spacer/washer that sits in the slide cover, the slide arm pushes through it. It will be the rubber mount for the carb. Take the carb back off, turn it upside down and towards the front you will see a small cylindrical tower, the rubber washer pushes on. When you look in the carb box bottom towards the back you will see a raised tower, the carb sits in here and the rubber (on the carb) provides a soft surface to pull against as yiu tighten the carb. You can see it on this picture www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/carburettor-dell-orto-spaco-si-2424e-without-oil-pump_40000000
