Just wondering if you have to up jet after installing a race manifold ! Got a 2015 PX 125cc and the last owner change out the cat!! And replace it with the giannelli 15011 manifold but Hay no change in my jet 96 still in place !! Should I up the jet main one to 98/100 as it's running okay but strutters a bit when pulling off and loses revs!! Any idea on best way forward much appreciated ✊

Think I was on a 104 with the scorpion pipe and malossi kit. I reckon yours would be running lean, what’s it like at full chat?

Yes I think your right there not a lot of different at wot! I sent a message to sip and yes they said try 5% with that manifold so I will give it a go at 98/100 main jet and hope it sorts out the drop in revs on set-off!l was also told to drill out the air filter heart to help it breath and it might sort a lot of problems 👍 what you think just have to keep on keeping on trying till it's spring again thank for your heads up 👍

Didn't have a clue what one of those were. Just looked it up. Is that meant to fit a cat exhaust box? That's a funny addition. I think you'd need to up jet. But that manifold is a new one me!

Oh yeah filter mod does work very well. But needs upjetting also. Go for it .

Yeah me too had me well confused till l started looking online for something similar and yes it bolts on to the original box exhaust so you can keep it replaced the cat part ! That's all it's saying a racing manifold so I will give it a up jet. And see what is what l have my sip road 2 still in box ready for the spring weather cheers ✊

A sip road 2 and drilled filter make the 125 much more fun .its a great set up if ya air corrector is 140 you'll need between 100 and 106 main jet at a guess. Mine needed 104. But do test. They can differ . Boy can they differ. I hope you enjoy your scooters new lease of life!

Agree with above, the SIP R2 and filter modification is a great little upgrade to a stock px motor with a noticeable improvement.

Thanks guys for your help and yes can't wait to get it done early spring time ready to go just need to Jack it up and get a bit greased up been a while since I got down on my neas lol crazy days mid life scooter boy again
