Electrical brain needed!!

Hi all, I have a Motovespa TX200 (mk1 T5 with a PX200 engine for those unfamiliar) and I want to upgrade the electrics.

I want to install a battery (and hopefully the system will charge it), run the lights off the battery, plus power for auxiliaries etc.

I guess I'll need a new loom - any product links would be great plus anyone who's done a similar conversion, would I also need to replace the stator plate as well?

Any help appreciated (I hate electrics!)
