Anyone who could give me advice about my vespa auto lube px dr177 kit fitted with 20 20 standard carb & sip road 2 exhaust want to change exhaust to a sterling pipe or a polini do I need to upgrade the carb aswell if so could you put me in the right direction 🤔

The right direction is not to do it, they'll both kill your performance, assuming you don't mean a Polini box exhaust, especially the Stirling.
The DR is a low reving kit, the Polini is the better if the two, but you already have a better option fitted.

Had a dr kitted scooter with bgm big box and 24 24 carb and was very happy with it, was super reliable, wish I hadn't sold it , because I never let me down and did hundreds of rally miles

I was in the same boat got a dr177 with a revolver and a 24ml i bought a polini box exhaust and the power now is much better in every gear plus not so loud revolver is on ebay lol
