Hi, I'm slightly upgrading my PX200 with a better cylinder and 60mm crank etc. I have been told that it would be benificial to fit a 24 clutch sproket to raise the gearing over the standard PX200 ratio. So,1. Is it worth doing this? And, 2. If I do would it be worth fitting the T5 fourth to close the 3rd to 4th gap at the expense of a bit of the taller gearing?

Depends what cylinder and exhaust you are intending to use., as its about obtainable revs. Dont be in a hurry to dismiss the standard P2 gearing, its a good set up.

gpowell an improved BGM cast cylinder and a polini or SIP box/touring type exhaust - not expansion. Intended for 2 up touring use and was a bit worried about the gap from third to fourth. Thanks.

If it were me with that set up, i would stick with the stock 200 set up.
The polini box or SIP 2 will sit well.
