Rear indicators and brake light problem

Hi can anyone help, just soldered my indicator switch (loose black cable) when I started up there is no rear indicators or brake light from foot or lever. My lights front and rear work fine and so does the horn.

Sounds like a it is shorting out + or bad earth , did they work ok before if so try a different switch, sorry cant give any more advice
