Searched the forum but couldnt see anything. Glovebox on a PX200? Is that what it is called? Anyway, when I bought scooter this was stuffed with loose fit foam. I was thinking about some other form of insulation and protection and was considering dynamat or similar. It would not only insulate but protect inside space as well. Any thoughts? Alternatives? Downside to dynamat is it would be difficult to remove.

Can't think of any problems with doing that, and would cut down the rattles from stuff in glovbox 👍👍

How about a sheet of 1.5mm rubber cut to shape and siliconed in place?

There is carpet on a well know auction site already cut to shape - only down side to this it could possibly get wet unless your tool box is sealed with silicon top and sides only.
