can anyone help i have been trying to get a spark on a old 125 engine new cdi new stator and flywheel but still no joy i have tried 2 flywheels 3 stators all the same result also i and only getting 25 to 30v ac from stator on white and green all ohms reading are fine

Hi from what you say , I would cut the ends of the ht lead first ,then , try a different plug cap , then try a different spark plug ) have heard that spark plugs from the internet might be forged , so i only buy direct from a good scooter dealer, oh and has the cdi got a good clean earth.
