Been offered a '98 T5 with a PX 125 motor in it, tatty as a tatty thing, but on the road, best decribed as a 'rolling restoration project'.. Any thoughts on what the entry level price on a PX125 is, I don't really need another one, but hey, you can never have too many

Three years ago I paid £250 for a 1981 PX thats my current ride. I would offer them £350 if its not got a t5 engine it aint a t5. I have seen some ropey looking PX 125 ,s going for 7-800 quid before now. But at the end of the day its what it is worth to you good luck anyhow.

It's not a T5 as it's got a PX motor, though I do have the knackered T5 engine in my garage..

Decided I really don't need another PX, even at £250..
.. but thinking about the spare T5 engine I have, that would go well in my VBA project.. hmmm, on 8" wheels it would take off like a rocket! ;D
