Can a polini 152 cast iron barrel be rebored

Can a polini 152 cast iron barrel be rebored.

Theres nothing wrong with the polini barrel i have its doent need reboriing but be it would be good if it could in stead off going in the bin like lined ones whan they are fcuked

Looking on line i found out there is over size polinin pistons so it looks like you can get polini cast iron barrels rebored.
