2014 Vespa PX150 grips

Hi

I'm new to the forum, I have a question about my 2014 PX150

I'd like to replace the handlebar grips but mine seem to have a metal ring at the end of the grip closest to the headlight. 

I'm wondering if these grips will fit and does the metal ring come off with the existing grip

Welcome to the forum 👋, the metal ring will stay on, if it's what I think it is. It twists so the grips don't bind on the headset, and those grips will fit fine 👍
