I'm thinking of upgrading from dr177 to bgm 177 .I've read some positive reviews has anyone got this kit are they happy with it?

I have this kit, with long stroke taking it to 187, also a bgm super strong clutch and gearbox, also bgm carb. If you go on the german scooter forum there is loads of information about the kit on there 😉

Thanks Adrian. What exhaust are you using as I have a sip road and just read from someone who's fitted the kit
Change from SIP Road to the Polinibox with the thicker tailpipe. With that, the clinking/clattering was gone for me. I also tested everything before... Spraying, ignition, QC, other carburetors etc. Since the change to Polinibox is finally calm. I suspect that the SIP Road can not disseduce the heat sufficiently

I was also looking at the sip road 2 but went with an exhaust from on small wheels, there left-hand sports exhaust and very happy, have sent you a message

Another exhaust trick is to wrap them 👍, not everyone cup of tea, but something I am thinking about 🤔

Trying to put the C clip on that holds the gudgeon pin on got the first on in but can't get the second one in .(its gone flying across the garage several times)On the you tube tutorial it showing a special tool for this. Has anyone done this without the tool? about 1.50 in link |

Used a socket to push in then screwdriver to make sure it's in the grove

thanks adrian you wouldn't believe how much time i spent looking for it when it springs out of your hand and lands on the floor. So simple don't know why I didn't think of it live and learn!
