Which oil, coolant brands etc

Hi All,
Just bought myself a GTS125 Tourer 2018.
As I am new to this. I just wondered if there are any brands of oil, coolant etc that I should look our for or avoid?
Handbook suggests 0w-30 oil, but this looks hard to come by.
Any advice much appreciated.

Oil is a minefield, you sure it’s 0w 30??
