Stupid question i know but my scooter is a 4 stroke apparently i just fill with 4 star petrol....but what about oil additives?  well it has been decades since last scooter and back then i just needed to add oil to fuel. |

What scooter is it and what year?
4 strokes do not need 2 stroke oil or any additives.

No just petrol in the tank, some are using an octane booster with the new e10 fuel, but can't comment on that, as I have 2 stroke and only use the super

Cheaper using the Lucas octane booster than wasting your money on higher octane petrol to be honest. My sloth always ran like a bag of sh*t on high octane…

Yes, it says E5 on the pump but it IS just petrol; no ethanol. But at £7.02 per gallon its a lotta dosh. My WW2 jeep runs on this (at 16mpg), but the smiles it gives me are worth it....! |
