No oil getting through

Hi guys/girls, ive recently drained my oil on Vespa 125px and fitted new pipe
as the old one was very worn, ive replenished with new oil but dosnt seem
to be getting through, any ideas as to what could be the problem or what to do?

Hello there .I would take pipe off the carb end and point it to the floor and oil should run down slowly .if not take oil cap off and blow through pipe to check if it is clear.when oil comes right down to bottom of pipe push pipe back on carb put clip on first.you can also take pipe of carb end and blow down oil filler pipe to push oil through.make sure you have oil in tank let us know how you get on cheers alan.
