Side panel catch

Having a problem removing the side panel catch from my PX 1999 frame - (the right hand , engine side one came out easy)
there is a pressing on the frame under the tank stopping the removal , the only way I  can see to remove it is by bending it - thus making it shorter ,any one got a solution , thank you.

Tank out - Through the hole where the tank was.
Screws are right down the bottom; bracket, spring and arm all come out as one....remove the plastic top hat style bushing at the top it gives a bit more wiggling space and yes they do come out without damaging the frame its just a case of finding the right spot

Thank you , the frame is totally stripped , ill just keep at it.

Got it out - via the hole for the carb rubber - easy just wiggle it through
