Hi I've just acquired a sip 200 re-enforce clutch 23tooth to go with my BGM 65 tooth primary. I've just tried to seat it in the clutch cover and it's pretty tight as it's widerthan my original125 clutch. Will i just need to grind off the inside bit of the cover so it fits or have I got the wrong clutch? Cheers

I think it’s wrong and can’t be used. You want a T5 one...

Ironsloth is correct the 23 tooth px200 clutch won't fit. But drt do a 23 tooth clutch that will fit, don't know the part number, but if you put drt 23 tooth px clutch in Google you will get the information you need 👍

If your clutch meshes fine with your primary and I think it should give it's 65/23, then that's great. Abq25 clutch cover will not fit without modification which is simply done or fit a 200 cover

So a px 200 cover will bolt onto a 125 engine casing and has a bigger dome to accommodate the bigger clutch???
The primary is 65 tooth BGM helical gear and the clutch cog on the sip clutch is a BGM 23tooth helical so I have no worries about them meshing correctly. Just hoping I can use this clutch. I don't mind having to buy a new cover as I've saved a lot of money with getting the re-enforce clutch. Cheers guys all helpful replies greatly appreciated.

If you buy fat tyres it acts like a break. Very handy.
