Is the new SIP Road 3 ok for a 2015 Vespa PX125 CAT (Touring) or is it just for racing set-ups with bigger piston/case - my current SIP Road 2 needs replaced - and I have a bundle of idle and main jets if required.

Yes it will work fine on your motor, and its good you have a selection of jets to play with 👍

Should have said that put one on girlfriend's px125 replacing the expansion pipe it came with, and it goes so much better, and less noisy

Hi Adrian thanks for that.
Will go for the SIP Road 3 and hope I do not have to meddle much with the jetting.
I have 4 Idle jets, 5 Main jets, and 2 Air Correctors, to mix and match, what fun lol.

Messing around with the jets is the job I hate most 😒

Was a bugger getting the SIP Road 3 mounted and the downpipe hangs really low where it exits the front of the box.

Still messing with jets, but feels like a more powerful capable acceleration and sound about town up to 35 mph - the exhaust is scraping the ground at times as it is too low set.

BE WARNED, the very front of the downpipe U-bend is much lower to the ground (110mm ground clearance unladen) than the SIP2 or standard Vespa box, and currently scrapes when leaning into any corner, mini-roundabout, over humps and even the smallest of potholes
Checking the the SIP website photos, it is clear the U-bend is supposed to have this downward angled shape, due to how it is cut and welded to the main box.

Not managing to find the right jetting combination for this SIP Road 3 on a Vespa PX125 CAT 2015 - add in the significant ground scraping problem, meant I had to revert back to another SIP Road 2 !
POST SCRIPT Maybe the exhaust ground clearance problem was down to my heavy weight (115 kgs) and an already worn front shock absorber, (which I had to replace 18 months later).

An introduction works best for answer's, and it looks like a spark plug 🔌

I am no expert, but looks ok from the pictures. Some get there carb dialled in on a dyno.
