Just purchased my first scooter px125 disc love the bike but its not a good start, its got an oil leak that's believed to be the rear hub seals or the clutch arm, oil all over the rear wheel, also the gearbox, it's not smooth at all it's very notchy and hard to change up the gears and 1st, it's also missing gears and all that. Also doesnt pull very well up top almost like it's been held back doesn't sing like others I have had a go on.
I think most of these should be easy fixes for someone who knows but I'm new to all this but don't mind having a go! Any pointers would help..
Also got petrol coming out the sender unit? Is there a seal for this too?

Welcome to the forum, where abouts are you based? Find a local scooter club , they should have a member who can look at your scooter and point you in the right direction, very hard to diagnosis over Internet. A proper introduction goes a long way to getting answers to your questions

I'm from Halifax West Yorkshire. I'll have a dig round for a club and see where it leads, thanks for the info.

Hello there. i was like you I had no one to ask I'm sure people in this club will help. I found studying vespa haynes mannual a must it will show you how to fix and diagnose faults. oil leaks are common if you are stuck on a specific fault ask in here and someone will help let us know how you get cheers alan.
