58.4 standard piston size

I recently purchased a MotoVespa 150 Sprint engine and have been steadily refurbishing it. As it's a Spanish Vespa there are a few strange anomalies - firstly the piston is 58.4mm - I can't find any listings of this size in Haynes Manuals etc - does anyone have any Spanish manuals or info about the engine?
