Hi Guys I'm having an issue with my wifes scoot won't start. I'm getting fuel, timing is ok electric's ok lights coming on when i kick it over. when i turn it over with a drill on the flywheel and the plug held against the case no spark when i move the plug 1mm of the case but not touching I get a great strong spark??? any ideas what would cause this?surly it should be the other way round.
