The handbook says it's an H4 halogen but these come with their own flange ring and the present incandescent one which is an MCS 35/35W BA16 fits in to a plastic collar.
I'm having difficulty even finding the incandescent one here in a rural town (Lismore in Northern NSW - Australia.
I managed to get out the two screws by the switchgear that hold the front panel on but the one directly above the VESPA logo on the front has a badly burred screw head.
The thread is a type of self tapper so the local bolt shop does not have anything suitable. Can I replace these screws with something have a recessed HEX head.
