End of an Era

Hi All,
saying goodbye to my Vespa days.
Last Saturday evening some thieving B****** stole my 2005 PX 125
and rode it around a graveyard using the scoot as the pinball, wasnt like that in Pinball Wizard!
Anyway outcome is that scoot is probably beyond economical repair
due to the damage caused,
well thats the last time my son borrows the Vespa.
Thank goodness that I have tucked away in my garage a 1966 SX all shiney and new (lifes not so bad after all). Lets hope the rain stays away, couldnt bear her to get wet (well she is an aged Lammy).
Still waiting for them nasty men in the insurance company to make me a silly offer, NO CHANCE, this one is going to cost them dear!!!
Was my first and last dable with Vespas, thougroughly enjoyed my 50 or so miles usage out of the Vespa, but once a Lammy man always a Lammy Man,

Dont be so sad Lucia, still own an ET50 and an ET125, both daughters using them, not entirely given Vespas up, just wont be riding one !!
