Hi,
I'm at the stage now of checking wiring with my 1964 Sportique restoration.
Could anyone please tell me how the switch operates.....ie what each position of the two main switches is?
(There are two push buttons. One for the horn and one for the engine cut-out.....So they are straightforward).
It's the three position switch at the bottom, and the three position rocker switch facing you I'm confused about.
Although I'm doing the restoration, I'm not familiar with Vespas. Crazy, I know!
Thanks.......

Sorry can't answer your question, but the timing is perfect as I will be looking for this answer as I will be starting on the wiring on my scooter project in the very near future

OK Adrian.
Do you know if the headlight should work with the engine switched off....ie no electrical supply from the alternator? My engine isn't even back in yet and I can't get the headlight to work.

I have no idea, the scooter I am building came as a pile of bits in a box, so it's been a jigsaw puzzle

Have a wiring diagram but it's not very clear, and wiring isn't a thing I am good at
