I just put a new battery in my daughters ET4 125 & stupidly connected it up the wrong way round because the pins were on the opposite side. I turned on the ignition & there was no light or life (obviously). I have now re-connected it the correct way but it is all still dead. What is the most likely thing that has happened please? I need to get it on the road for her.

There must be a master fuse on it. I am no expert on this model but all or most will have a master fuse. A sorry cant be more helpful

I changed the battery because it would sometimes go flat while she was in college & I would then have to drive my van 40ml to pick it up. I think the battery was OK but it was a 7ah rather than 9. There is a fuse in the socket next to the immobiliser one that was totally corroded & broke when I tried to take it out. This has been sorted & the bike is now running again. Cheers
