Hi guys any ideas, non start, no spark.
All wires check out okay new plug/coil/cdi unit...... still no good. Strangely you can turn over all day no spark, turn ignition off and it sparks just once then nothing like a capastitor discharging ?
Any help much appreciated

is the ignition switch switching on? there is an earth wire you can remove from the cdi unit that is the ignition off wire, this is basically how thieves use to hot wire a vespa, if you remove this wire and still nothing then it at least rules out the ignition switch and then if all wiring and connectors good it may be a stator coil issue.

I've got this problem. My 1999 px125 disc has no spark. I've renewed the stator, cdi, ht lead, plug and cap. Still no spark
