Hi, looking for a winter project and this came to mind:
would any bright spark be able to tell me if its possible to convert the regular indicators on my P200e to be powered by a 12V battery? I was thinking then i would able use led bulbs which would be brighter, and there would not be lighting overload when braking and turning with the headlight on? cheers

Could you not wire them straight up to the battery?

Put LED bulbs in. cut wire just before the indicator and put in a resistor

Could you not wire them straight up to the battery? Yes, exactly what I want to do, but how?
