A few weeks ago I was on holiday with my dad, who's just about as big a fan of The Who as I am. He said "I saw that Blue Man Group doing a live cover of Baba O'Reilly the other day" and described them playing these bizarre instruments where they slapped paddles against different lengths of tubes they had strapped to their backs. "Oh yeah?" I said with cynicism in my voice "Sounds.... different." Well folks, if you haven't seen it, here it is for your delectation. And I don't mind admitting, this chokes me up every time. uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Ldxg87pDlI8

sorry, but never really liked the tune. must be one of the few who never took to The Who (except early tunes). I actually know one of the Blue Men (although i think he''s left to go on to do some other project in Aussie). Very talented bloke.
