I've a cut down vespa but don't want to drop the forks to fit a mudguard what's the best way to do this?

To fit your new mudguard, you would need to remove the horncover and possibly have to cut the old mudguard off ( depending how it fitted?) Then you could possibly need to cut a piece or pieces,out of your new mudguard in the hope you could get it on the forks and fixed on. Think I've seen this done once, but can't remember where.
